Lucena (Córdoba) Spain. March 11th, 1978

I began my studies in the conservatory of Lucena at the age of 16, with a specialty in clarinet and composition. Currently I am continuing my education in ArtScience at the Royal Academy of Arts and the Royal Conservatory (the Netherlands).
In 1996 I formed a band called Toy´s Weekend with a couple of friends. It was a musical formation of experimental creation. Since then I have had a great interest in this types of artistic expression.
In 2000 I founded the cultural association “Weekend Proms” with a commitment to the diffusion, evaluation, and recognition of contemporary art.
I am responsible for the management and coordination of several cultural programs. I direct the Sensxperiment Festival of International Creation. Annual meeting of creation and artistic researchers that has been held in Lucena-Córdoba (Spain) since 1999.
I have directed the publications MASE (1st Spanish Sound Art exhibition 2006) ISBN: 978-84-935581-6-1 and ZAJ Concert of Musical Theater 2007, ISBN: 978-84-935581-8-5
I have studied at the Andalusian Center of Contemporary Art, University of Alcala de Henares, have taken several courses, like Manuel de Falla in Granada, CDMC Madrid, University of Malaga, among others with professors such as: Stefano Russomano, Jose Mª Sanchez Verdú, Jose Manuel Berenguer, Jose Luis de Delás, Benet Casablancas, David Padros, José Antonio Orts, Eduardo Polonio, Jose Iges, Salvatore Sciarrino, Klaus Huber, Peter Bosch, Cristian Vogel, Rupert Huber or Evru (Zush).
In 2004 I was awarded a scholarship by the Córdoba Provincial Delegation to expand acoustic knowledge in the laboratory of electroacustic music “GME” in Cuenca (Spain) with the composer Julio Sanz Vazquez.
I have made speeches at various festivals and programs, such as LEM Festival (Barcelona); MÍNIM Festival (Barcelona), REMOR Festival (Girona), Red Rouse Club (Londres), West Hill Hall (Brighton, U.K) or Blip Fest (Berlín).
